Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how weiKang ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use Fuse Beads: Color Puzzle (the "App"). The App is supported by advertising delivered through the TopOn mediation platform, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
1. Information We Process
We do not require you to create an account. We do not offer in-app purchases and do not directly collect payment-card or billing information. The App and its advertising partners may automatically process the following categories of information:
- Device and advertising identifiers: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), and similar identifiers, subject to your device settings and consent choices.
- Device and app information: device model, operating-system version, language, time zone, screen characteristics, network type, IP address, app version, bundle identifier, and advertising SDK version.
- Advertising and interaction data: ad requests, ad impressions, clicks, video completion, rewarded-ad events, ad placement, timestamps, campaign information, and conversion or attribution data.
- Diagnostics: crash information, error logs, performance information, and technical data used to detect fraud and maintain service reliability.
- Privacy and consent signals: your consent status, advertising-personalization choice, and App Tracking Transparency status.
- Approximate location: advertising providers may infer a general region from your IP address. The App does not request precise GPS location for advertising.
2. How We Use Information
Information is processed to:
- deliver rewarded and interstitial advertisements;
- select contextual or, where permitted, personalized advertisements;
- measure ad delivery, frequency, engagement, and campaign performance;
- provide in-game rewards after eligible rewarded advertisements;
- detect invalid traffic, abuse, and advertising fraud;
- diagnose errors, improve stability, and maintain the App; and
- comply with legal, regulatory, and platform requirements.
3. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking
In regions where consent is required, the App displays a consent message before initializing personalized advertising. You may choose non-personalized advertising. Non-personalized ads may still use contextual information, limited identifiers, IP addresses, fraud-prevention data, and frequency controls.
On iOS 14 or later, the App may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the IDFA or allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. Denying ATT permission does not prevent you from using the App, but advertisements may be less relevant and some measurement may be limited.
You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where available, you can also reopen the consent interface through Settings > Privacy Choices inside the App.
4. Third-Party Advertising Services
The following providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Depending on the circumstances, they may act as our service providers, processors, or independent controllers.

The availability of a particular advertising provider may depend on your country, device, consent choices, and current advertising configuration.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, processing may rely on:
- Consent for personalized advertising, access to the IDFA, or tracking where consent is legally required;
- Legitimate interests for contextual advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- Legal obligations when information must be processed to comply with applicable law or enforce valid legal requests.
6. Sharing, Sale, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. We share limited information with the advertising providers listed above so they can deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, the use of advertising identifiers for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" even when no money is exchanged.
You can limit this activity by denying ATT permission, choosing non-personalized ads in the consent interface, or using the App's Privacy Choices entry where available.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security, fraud prevention, reporting, and legal compliance. Advertising providers determine their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies. Data may be aggregated or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably identify you.
8. International Data Transfers
Advertising providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards may include standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms described in the providers' privacy policies.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or sharing; and appeal a privacy-request decision. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because much advertising data is held by third-party providers and is linked to device identifiers rather than an account with us, you may also need to contact TopOn, Google, or Unity directly. We may ask for information needed to verify and process your request.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken. Parents and guardians should supervise children's device and privacy settings.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, advertising partners, legal requirements, or our practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App where appropriate.

本隐私政策说明 weiKang（以下简称“我们”）在您使用 Fuse Beads: Color Puzzle（以下简称“本应用”）时如何处理信息。 本应用通过 TopOn 广告聚合平台展示广告，其中包括 Google AdMob 和 Unity Ads。
一、我们处理的信息
本应用不要求您注册账号，不提供应用内购买，也不会直接收集银行卡或付款信息。 本应用及广告合作伙伴可能自动处理以下信息：

- 在符合条件的激励广告完成后发放游戏内奖励；
- 识别无效流量、滥用和广告欺诈；
- 诊断错误、改善稳定性并维护本应用；
- 遵守法律、监管和应用商店平台要求。
三、广告、同意和追踪
在依法需要取得同意的地区，本应用会在启用个性化广告前显示同意界面。 您可以选择非个性化广告。非个性化广告仍可能使用情境信息、有限标识符、 IP 地址、防欺诈信息和频次控制功能。
在 iOS 14 或更高版本上，本应用可能通过 Apple 的 App Tracking Transparency（ATT） 框架请求权限，然后才访问 IDFA 或进行跨其他公司应用和网站的追踪。 拒绝 ATT 权限不会影响您使用游戏，但广告相关性和部分衡量能力可能降低。

具体启用的广告服务商可能因国家或地区、设备、隐私选择及当前广告配置而不同。
五、处理信息的法律依据
在 GDPR、英国 GDPR 或类似法律适用时，我们可能基于以下依据处理信息：
- 同意：用于个性化广告、访问 IDFA 或依法需要同意的追踪行为；
- 合法利益：用于情境广告、分析、安全、防欺诈和改善服务，但以不凌驾于您的权利为前提；
- 法定义务：用于遵守适用法律或响应有效法律要求。
六、共享、出售与定向广告

七、信息保留

九、您的隐私权利
根据您所在地区，您可能有权请求访问、更正、删除、限制或移转信息， 反对处理、撤回同意、退出定向广告或信息共享，并对隐私请求处理决定提出申诉。 您也可以向当地数据保护机构投诉。
部分广告信息由第三方服务商保存，并通过设备标识符而不是我们的用户账号关联。 因此，您可能还需要直接联系 TopOn、Google 或 Unity。为核实和处理请求， 我们可能要求您提供必要的信息。
十、儿童隐私
本应用面向一般用户，不专门面向 13 岁以下儿童或适用法律规定的更高最低年龄人群。 我们不会故意直接收集儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息， 请联系我们，以便采取适当措施。父母或监护人应监督儿童的设备及隐私设置。
十一、信息安全
我们采取合理的管理和技术措施保护信息。但任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
